GVR Cycling Sponsored Rides 
During the summer months there are no GVR Cycling sponsored rides. 

GVR Cycling Rides with Active Signups

10-10-10 Rides on Thursdays at 10 am   

• Leave from East Center parking lot near the fountain.
• Ride Leader - Dave Bowen - dmb037@gmail.com
• Type of ride - Casual, chatty, on residential streets. No longer than 10 miles, no faster than 10 mph, staggered into groups smaller than 10 people if needed. 
• Riders of all skill levels and all bike types are welcome. No one left behind. 

Ride with the Established, Informal Groups in the area
We also maintain a list of rides informally organized by riders. These groups have been riding together for many years so their ride schedule is well-established.  If they are listed here they welcome new riders.  Contact the ride leader for more information about their rides.
