GVR Cycling

Meetings restart next fall
October 8th, 2025 3pm
Location TBD

START TIME FOR RIDE OF SILENCE IS NOW 6PM

Register Online for the Ride of Silence

Ride of Silence will be on Wednesday, May 21 starting at the Anamax Park North Lot (same location as last year). Registration is currently available online and we have the information pictured here available on page 14 of The Sahuarita community guide at the bottom of the Sahuarita website homepage.

If anyone needs assistance registering for Ride of Silence, they are more than welcome to call us! Please direct them to call (520) 445-7851 for the main line and leave a voicemail if no one picks up - we will call back as soon as we can. If they participated last year or have done another class with us sometime then they should already have an account; if not, it'll just take a couple extra minutes to set that up as well.

Nothing But Rides
A small team addressed the issue of how to maintain an updated listing of rides happening in GV each week.
Here's a link to the final report from the committee.

"SAFE STREETS  FOR ALL" Committee had T-shirts made to promote "Safe Streets”  to make bike riding safer.  Posada Java has sizes small to 2XL. A bargain at $15.   Chuck Hill was involved with design.
